The state budget is again in the news, with Malloy’s recent emergency budget cuts coming in response to poor stock market performance. This has also led to a call for a special session of the legislature by Republican legislative leaders.
There are large cuts to hospitals through Medicaid/HUSKY, so we are watching closely to see what the near and long term impacts will be.
